Acceptance

By using the website or service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you use PIKOPLEXO for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it and to manage its workspace as permitted by your role. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

PIKOPLEXO helps businesses manage work from enquiry and opportunity through quotation, follow-up, customer and revenue in one connected workspace. Public product screens may contain sample data for illustration and do not represent a real customer or promised result.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Workspace owners and members are responsible for the information they enter, the people they invite, permissions they grant and actions taken through their accounts. You may access only workspaces and records you are authorised to use.

14-day Pro trial

New eligible workspaces may start with a 14-day free Pro trial. No card is required to begin the trial. If no paid plan is active when the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only: existing data remains available, but creating or changing business records is restricted until a plan is activated.

Paid plans and payments

The currently offered monthly plans are Starter at ₹799 per month and Pro at ₹1,499 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes. Plan features and prices may change prospectively; where appropriate, we will give reasonable notice before a change affects an existing paid service period.

Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider or submitted for manual UPI verification. A manual payment submission does not activate a plan until the receipt has been verified. Payment availability and timing can depend on the selected method and provider. Any cancellation, expiry or reactivation option shown in the service applies according to the status displayed for your workspace. Contact us before paying if the applicable plan or status is unclear. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse this site and share links to it. You may not:

• Disrupt, probe, scan or overload the site or its infrastructure.
• Submit automated, abusive, fraudulent or misleading form entries.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, data or account.
• Scrape, copy or republish the site's content or interface designs for commercial reuse.
• Use the site in a way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

The PIKOPLEXO name, brand marks, copy, interface designs and code on this site belong to PIKOPLEXO unless stated otherwise. Nothing on this site transfers any licence or right to use them, other than viewing the site as intended.

Third-party services and links

The service relies on third parties for functions such as hosting, data storage, authentication and payment processing, and may link to other destinations. Their own terms and practices may apply. We do not control their independent services or guarantee their availability.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, replace or discontinue parts of the website or service, including to protect security or reliability. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.

Disclaimers

The website and service are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and PIKOPLEXO does not provide professional, financial or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website or service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where these terms are breached, payment or plan access has ended, or use appears unlawful, abusive, unsafe or unauthorised. Where practical, we will consider the circumstances and available remedies before taking action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes relating to this website will be handled under Indian law. Where you deal with us as a consumer, this does not remove protections available to you under the law of your place of residence.
