Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the PIKOPLEXO public website and the PIKOPLEXO service, including user accounts, organisations and workspaces. It covers workspace owners, members and people who contact us about the service.

Information we collect

• Account and workspace information: details such as your name, work email address, business name, business identity information and workspace memberships.
• Business and workflow data: information you and authorised workspace members enter into PIKOPLEXO, including customer, opportunity, quotation, follow-up and revenue records.
• Correspondence and support information: messages and other details you provide when you contact us or request assistance.
• Subscription and payment-related information: plan, billing status, payment reference and verification records needed to administer the service. Payment providers handle payment credentials; PIKOPLEXO does not receive or store full card details.
• Technical and service records: ordinary records such as IP address, browser information, authentication events and service activity used to operate, troubleshoot and secure PIKOPLEXO.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, sensitive information such as financial account details, government identifiers, or health information.

Why we use it

• To provide, maintain and improve the PIKOPLEXO service.
• To authenticate users and create and manage accounts, workspaces and memberships.
• To support opportunity, quotation, follow-up, customer and revenue workflows requested by workspace users.
• To administer plans, subscriptions, payment verification and access status.
• To provide support, communicate about the service and respond to requests.
• To protect users and the service, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.

We use information where needed to provide the service you request, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, or act with your consent where applicable. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site: a managed application and database platform, hosting and content delivery infrastructure, authentication services and payment providers. They process information to provide their services to us. Because these providers may operate globally, information may be processed outside India, subject to the safeguards available for the relevant service and location.

Cookies and analytics

PIKOPLEXO may use essential browser storage, cookies or similar technologies where needed for authentication, security, preferences and reliable service operation. We do not describe these essential technologies as advertising. If non-essential analytics or tracking is introduced, we will update our disclosures and handle consent where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. Access is limited according to role and operational need. No online service can guarantee complete security.

How long we keep it

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and account status. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, subject to technical constraints and records we must keep.

Children

PIKOPLEXO is a business service intended for organisations and working professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted details, contact us and we will remove them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PIKOPLEXO or applicable requirements change. The date at the top reflects the current version. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes through the service or another reasonable channel.
