Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the PIKOPLEXO public website and to requests submitted through the early access form. PIKOPLEXO is the product and brand name used by the team building it. A separate agreement and privacy terms will govern the product itself once workspaces are made available.

Information we collect

• Early access details you provide: your name, work email address, company or business name, and the optional message describing what you would like PIKOPLEXO to help with.
• Submission metadata: the date and time your request was received, and the status we assign to it while reviewing.
• Email correspondence: anything you choose to send us if you write to us directly.
• Standard server records: our hosting and database providers process ordinary technical request data (such as IP address and browser user agent) to serve and protect the site. We do not use that data to build profiles.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, sensitive information such as financial account details, government identifiers, or health information.

Why we use it

• To contact you about founder preview access and to answer your questions.
• To understand which kinds of businesses are asking for the product.
• To detect and prevent spam, abuse and automated submissions.
• To keep records of requests we have received and how we responded.

We handle these details on the basis of your submission and consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our own product. We do not sell your information, do not use it for advertising, and do not add you to a marketing newsletter. You are not subscribed to anything by submitting the form.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site: a managed application and database platform where early access requests are stored, and hosting and content delivery infrastructure that serves the pages. These providers process the data on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. Because these providers operate globally, your details may be stored or processed on servers located outside India.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party advertising trackers, and does not use non-essential analytics or marketing cookies. There is therefore no cookie consent banner, because there is currently nothing non-essential to consent to. If we introduce product analytics or any non-essential tracking in future, we will update this policy and add an appropriate consent mechanism before enabling it.

Security

Early access records are stored in a managed database with access restrictions enabled, and are not readable from this public website. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to requests, and the site is served over encrypted connections. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to; we describe our measures rather than guarantee an outcome.

How long we keep it

We keep early access requests while the founder preview programme is running and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain a record of enquiries. If you tell us you are no longer interested, we delete your record.

Your choices and rights

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your record.
• Withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time.

Write to hello@pikoplexo.com and we will action the request. We may ask you to confirm the email address the request was submitted from.

Children

This website and the early access programme are intended for businesses and working professionals. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted details, contact us and we will remove them.

Changes to this policy

As PIKOPLEXO moves from founder preview towards general availability, this policy will be expanded to cover the product itself. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be described here.
